Wanted a bottom plate on the rack to keep stuff from falling through

I think this will do nicely. I cut an old yoga mat to size and sandwiched it between the license plate and the rack as a vibration damper. I may eventually get flat head screws and drill holes to match the mounting points on the 24-pack rack.
