I don’t know a lot about fixies/single speeds, but it looks like your chain is too tight.
Does it make the same noise when going forward?
It doesn’t really matter what it does as shown, reverse is not a valid direction for bikes.
Too tight, you should have about 1/2” of play in it at the tightest spot.
