I am thinking about exchanging a headset cap in my Grizl CF SL 7 eTap (size L if that matters) with [PRO EXPANDER SL 1 1/4″](https://www.bike-components.de/en/PRO/Expander-SL-1-1-4-p48297/) that is available in 25mm and 50mm height, and wonder what is the right one?
