I’d swap the rims for ones that were half as deep, purely because I don’t like the look of super deep rims, but nothing else, really.

Add a cool blue mascot keychain or a mascot light in the handlebar

Upgrade the saddle, swap out all nuts for anodised titanium ones, lose the Garmin adapter, lose the chain tensioner, move the stem up one slot so to have some symmetry between your spacers, lose the drops for a riser stem and riser bars, a bell, swap out for low profile rims and to be really nit-picky.. I would have chosen the purple Scream š±š±š„³š„³š¤£š¤£

If I owned it. Regular foot pedals and drill some fking holes into that frame for some brakes babaaay!!! Love my brakes

Iād put 600mm low risers or flat bars on and a trispoke on the front. Just always loved the look of a deep dish in the rear and a tri in the front. Could even keep the integrated cockpit by putting on a set of those integrated mtb bars
