Have been lusting after this bike for almost two years, and finally able to pull the trigger. Will mostly be riding road, but looking forward to exploring the local byways and forest trails too.

I just put my deposit in for a Strael last week. Same Orange headsets but on the Plum frame. So excited. Just a bit of a wait…
Or maybe yours is plum too, I’m looking at it from outside on my phone, on first glance it’s blue.

I have the Faran 2.5 and these bikes are awesome. So much attention to detail you have a feeling you bought custom bike. Also the geometry choices is something no one does. The 61T fits me like a glove.

I’ve never ridden a Fairlight but if I were to shop for a steel bike it’d be top of my list. Their sizing options and attention to detail and ability to customize your build at a really reasonable price are the way bikes should be. I’m personally also a fan of the fact that they don’t stuff budget parts into the less visible places.
