Aluminum rims are a standard thing, steel frame… IDK about that since it really depends on the alloy, check if that reference of bike has chro-mo alloy or just regular steel, you want the chro-mo alloy
Edit: correct acronym is Cr-Mo, and after checking on it, it seems as a hi-ten steel frame, same with the forks, I’ll try to get something better if I were you, but as a starter, cero experienced rider, it might be fine, but be ready to save money to replace parts as they will break
