Pricing advice

Hey to all bromptonirs
I have a few brompton bags
And I have decided to make some room I the closest.

I posted a brompton game bag
For sale with 50% of the original price.
I bought it for approximately 500 usd and put it for sale for half that – 250usd

One very nice guy was interested…but it was too much for him.

Now after a few weeks he contented me again asking If I can reduce the price.. he offered 130.usd.
(Very politely!).
said that this is what he can afford.

Now for question.

I’m I over pricing the bag ?
How do you decide on a price for a 2nd hand item?
