안녕하세요, 아직 춥지만.. 딸기가 제철인 독일의 봄을 만끽하고 있습니다.
딸기 콩포트와 아몬드 팬케이크도 만들어 먹고!!
아이를 위한 간단 딸기 머핀도 만드는 한 주 였어요.

남편이 출장을 가서 심심하고 외로울 뻔 했지만(?) 사부작 사부작 혼자 잘 놀기도 하고 ㅎㅎ
일요일에 튀빙겐이 모든 상점을 여는 날이어서 아이랑 즐겁게 보냈답니다.

About 20-30% of strawberries, add sugar, and let it sit for 15 minutes *I referred to the Hada at Home recipe. Impatient as I am, I’ll probably simmer it for 10 minutes and then throw it in the pot Let it simmer on medium heat for 20 minutes

Just before the 20 minutes are up, add 30ml of lemon juice Simmer on low heat for 10 more minutes, and it’s done Much simpler and easier than jam (It came out too dark because of the backlighting ) Today’s finished product! ​ Just spreading it on yogurt makes it taste so good!
