Im new to bikes and got one for my bday. I need a slightly longer one to hold a slightly bigger bike seat cause the stock one wasnt comfortable but im not sure what the name of this part is?
Look for a bike co-op. They’ll have a bucket of them.
95% are the same size though

Several names for that type of stud. Setup stud, clamping stud, or double ended stud. You can buy individually from somewhere like McMaster. Fastenal may stock in person to avoid shipping
Would just go to a bike shop and see what they can do

Apart from a few exceptions to do with fancy carbon rails or strange mounts bike seats have a common rail design, even a bigger seat should fit on that clamp. Have you tried fitting another saddle yet?

The whole assembly is called a seat post clamp but I do not think you can order just the bolt.
LBS may have a pile of old clamps or try and order a new one with a longer bolt.
