So, my brain will melt. This is the situation: changed chain because the other one was ruined. New chain, was getting stuck. I thought it was the chain it self as it was the “thick” model from cult for more strength, and went straight to the original one but new KMC z1 wide.
But still, it’s getting stuck and making this horrible noise when pedaling.
Both sprockets are straight.
Kmc narrow should be fitting.
Any idea?

It’s new chain syndrome, the driver is worn onto the old chain, and it’ll run like this until it wears into the new chain. Most noticeable with half links more than regular chains.
You just gotta tighten the chain and live with the clicking for like 2 weeks or get a new driver
To me, it looks like the driver and sprocket aren’t aligned. Issue made worse with a new chain where the old had enough wear that the alignment didn’t matter as much.
