So I’m in the process of replacing the FSA crankset on my gravel bike with a Shimano GRX. I took the cranks off and unthreaded the BB bearings on both sides, but now the plastic sleeve thing that was inside the frame between the bearings is stuck inside and there seems to be absolutely no way to wiggle, jiggle, push or pull it out. Any ideas?

Already tried nose pliers for bit more grip and leverage?
