Does your chain skip? If so buy a new chain and is that skips you need a new cassette and probably new chainrings

Ooh I’d say yes. See how the metal has been eaten away on the teeth. As always, check the other bits of your drivetrain ( chain and cassette ) at the same time for stretch and wear respectively
