A few weeks ago I posted a picture of all the parts I gathered for this build and promised to post once completed. I had to get a new fork because the Judy SL steerer was too short for the head tube on this larger frame. I ordered the Rockshox TK 30 with 100 mm travel on sale for $100 and it seems fine for this build. The bike handles well even with the extra travel.

That’s pretty. Did it have an evolution sized headset? I think [Fisher](https://www.vintage-trek.com/Trek-Fisher-Klein-Lemond/1995specmanualFisher.pdf) still used the 1 1/4” size a couple of years after the Trek purchase. Are you using a de-evolution reducer plate?
