Cassette too tight?
This happened to me when I added too much lubricant paste to the free wheel, specially on colder temperatures.
Could also mean free wheel is damaged.
Bike being new, I’d take it back to shop

It happens to me if I’ve shifted the gear lever but have not pedaled forward and the chain hasn’t changed cog yet.
Is the chain routed correctly through the rear derailleur? Post a picture from the side of the derailleur.
If the b screw is not adjusted properly the guide pulley will hit the cogs, and this happens. If not that the freehub is failing and might fail completely soon.
Or it’s just worn hub cartridge bearings, if so installing new ones soles the issue, it’s easy to diagnose, if tru axle is loosened an dit works well it, but hwen properly tightened to 10nm and it stops working, it’s the bearings.
