For For 36 37 37 V is is CH noral 45 45 and L [Applause] it’s you got it three two one go I’m here to meet new people from different countries and also improve my English skills because in the future I want to work or study uh abroad uh than Poland and this is like great occasion to try being in different country I’m

Here because I uh want to improve my uh language skills and uh I want to know about uh others uh cultures and um uh learn about my identity well I like the idea of learning how to film how to um fix videos how to put them together and I

Study marketing that’s very useful to me Workshop idate who am I what is my identity which are the parts of identity what determines identity we have toow a flower and and then we have to put things that identify ourselves a assist UL for area for round number one tell me about your

Favorite place in your city Dating [Applause] are we still guessing what or yes you want to oh my God it is 3:00 the pop is [Applause] dead today the Monday after Easter For [Applause] [Applause] [Applause] [Applause] com a’t no on us no on us and answer directly go answer directly it was nice to do this activity because we are all connected and doing the same without speaking so we get closer hi I’m Alex I’m Alex hi I’m Alex I’m

Alex and I’m Alex actually we are all the same person but I think the audience must be pretty confused no worries we will explain I am the Alex when he’s on his own I’m Alex with his family I go to school I spend time with my friends and I play

Basketball yeah to sum up Alex doesn’t really know himself he has no reality of his own people know us each in their own way according to the reality they give us they see Alex is but in the end is he even someone one two three maybe

Why you think a person should visit this Museum I think if you go visit the city you want to here something about history in this section the focus is on how important the remembrance and the preservation of traditions are as well as the development of culture collecting preserving researching exhibiting and conveying are

The tasks of a museum the objects provide us with insights into social life and Urban Development Castle during the second world war was a shocking moment for us as we navigated through the different thems and periods of time did you enjoy this experience yeah a lot because I think that a museum is

Very important because the history is crucial in our lives and the castle history is the better that I have he about Germany change of location the Zara nbam Center is a meeting place for Jewish life and an open space for all people tradition meets modernity offering space for encounters it hosts

Exhibitions educational programs discussions and concerts today a peace song for Shabbat So was a sabat [Applause] Shabbat we also learn about the situation of minorities visit visting the Zanders house as a socio Cultural Center the house provides space for creativity music events basically everything that needs space and international aspects the story of this place we start in

2016 uh to rebuild the house and story was uh that we want create a good space for refugees but an open space in connecting with culture with uh people from the neighborhood with people from the city Castle so that the people can feel we have in Germany a lot of

Diversity and um our importance rule is respect respect each other respect other religions respect um everybody and this is what we want to teach and show our people that this is this is possible one guy said to me um here I feel like Muhammad and the people call

Me Muhammad and I don’t feel like a refugee and this is what we want this um this PR Refugee is only a PR this are humans and everybody is different and everybody is um special and this is uh what we respect and this is um what the people

Feel that they can be there here normal person his own person and not we are not looking a refugee okay you understand what I Mean the project was successfully initiated by young people we are joining in thank you people don’t have the space or the resources to be able to do art that they want to do we want to make a space where everybody’s able to connect where everybody’s um work everybody can

Experience with different art forms and to share their knowledge and how much does this cost to have uh an exhibition or to work here so it costs you nothing to work here or to have an exhibition which is um a very important part for us because everybody

Should be able to it’s an open space so the do open you can just come in so we accept everybody and I think it’s very important that more like these places exist everywhere so young people don’t feel alone with their struggles and what inspires you what drives you to come in

Here every day and put so much work that you do into this project I form a lot of friendships over this I am connected with a lot of people and I learned very much from them so tell us a little bit about this graffiti so somebody who had

A shift here just thre this on the wall and then told everybody to make it colorful so we’ve been kind of collectively working on it and everybody’s having fun with it and choosing different colors and I think it represents us very good because um one person’s just started with and other

People are helping finish it and we are all having fun making colorful and working collectively on it what other activities do you do we meet up here a lot we read together we talk about different topics we draw together but sometimes we also more art forms so somebody singing other people are

Drawing and other people are writing poems so it’s kind of like a very multi um optional space that’s it back to daily workshops Guided by professionals I’m here with J um doing giving a workshop of contemporary dance and we will have a presentation and we are talking and moving through this

Topic of culture and identity of being identity and culture something fluid in movement changing finding directions having different perspectives so I’m very much with the body here in this [Applause] Project and slowly Find Your Way by Falling to the scalp position you can still fall into the floor and make your [Applause] way here we can be free individuals move how we want to be ourselves with others we are friends and we love each Other okay I’m also here because I’m interested in that Workshop about drama and theater because I like being on stage and play so it’s also main reason I’m here from experiences and encounters we developed scenes individually and in groups for the big presentation an interesting Interruption I see you are

En a search for the appropriate outfits for the characters in a discussion with a politician we discuss positions of the left party regarding culture and identity including topics related to homosexuality it’s always not very sa for these kind of people um most of the time but at least that you try to uh

Build structures where people who need protection have some kind of um resources and at least some space to do it to the situation en coaches us young people should definitely go to the parties themselves and uh question them um going into these kind of structures and change the politics that are

Happening right now and at the same time if you don’t feel like going into a political party and you still want uh to do some um activist stuff or to um start some change in your neighborhood um gather form a group um and start with a small thing and Define an actual aim

What you want to reach um and then just start to fi figure out what can be um the solution to the problem and I would say in this in this context you already learn a lot about politics in uh on the city level and even on higher

Levels sight seeing in the area for a change typical German often but culture we are in the old town of Hmon the buildings in Renaissance style are beautifully Renovated one of our exciting free time trips was the visit of the total work of art architecture of Willam hairus in the Background the Mountain Park was listed as a world cultural heritage site by UNESCO world heritage committee nowhere else in the world was a place like this ever Created Bels and carabinas our R ones are getting ready for the climbing Forest are you ready it’s so difficult Amaya you don’t have to grab the Rope I’m trying oh my God cycling from a different Perspective or hanging involuntarily grap the W preparations for the rehearsal and the public Performance so basically I came here uh to make music and during this performance I am helping with a sound soundscape for one of the theater performances and I have my own song and performance so yeah I am so nervous but we have prepar three one week so I hope it will be Fine I just de cold My all the Flowers I know let with you Baby don’t do That Sh Be why is this project important I think it’s important to break down stereotypes about what identity is um for some people identity means gender they identify as their age their background it’s changing now and I think it’s important to explore that subject more uh I think this project really

Helps to understand what identity means to people today in terms of culture I think there’s a lot we don’t know about each other’s cultures and it definitely interest is interesting to me to learn more about different ways of being so I think this project is really inspiring

And groundbreaking in in some sort of a way because I think it brings more people closer together and it shows that we’re not that different from each other and there is a lot more to life and to the way that you can [Applause] [Applause] [Applause] Be [Applause] w [Applause] [Applause]
