Hi there!
I have about 2 weeks (maybe slightly more) to do this potential route in June. It follows Bath to Poole, then the ferry to Cherbourg. Once in France I would follow the EuroVelo 4 to Roscoff. Then ferry to Plymouth and back to Bath on the EuroVelo 1.
Is this achievable in the timeframe? Has anyone done something similar or parts of this route?

Looks like an amazing trip! I’m not familiar with the area unfortunately. As a rough guide, 100km per day seems to me like a comfortable average pace for self supported bike tours. How many km on the road here?
Have a look at the tour de manche! I live in the south west and it’s fairly well signposted around me. Kinda seems similar to your route so might be a nice route to pick up in places?
I would consider cycling anti clockwise for this route. You’d then be only a train ticket away from home if anything goes pear shaped in the first few days and can iron out kinks in your system while still in your own country. You also get the longer ferry ride as a rest day after 4-5 days of cycling, and you get the shorter leg home from the ferry when you’re knackered after the whole tour.
