I was running an errand in the West Village in NYC after work and saw not one, but two 90s Specialized xbikes to match my ‘91 Hardrock (the white bike pictured) locked up nearby. I’d seen one locked there before in previous weeks, but I had to post when I saw two, plus mine to round out a stumbled upon xbiking trinity. I’m guessing you two must be on here with such impeccable taste in bikes.
