Reddit Bike Touring Community!
A friend and I just completed a five week, 1100 mile (1800km) tour across Northern India. It was exceptional. We kept a blog of impressions and photographs. We are both professional artists so the blog includes essays on the sculpture and architecture we encountered. It’s less a travel log that a series of impressions. Most importantly, I have summarized our steep learning curve for the touring community. Before we went, we read the blogs and many reddit posts, but found little to educate us on what me might expect.
