Rest [Applause] Ball [Applause] Restall so good afternoon everybody yes guess what it’s the maveri we’re out on the first review and test ride of this 125cc Maverick very similar in style and size to the WK cult and it’s your minisize moto so if you happen to be a shorter Rider this is going to be

Perfect for you now hence calling the Maverick let’s get out and test ride one thing got to do this talk to me Goose talk to me Goose right we’re going to get out we’re going to have a ride on Maverick rck and just see if it is going

To be our very own Top Gun today so quick look around the bike 5-speed box disc brakes all around 120 70 12 tires nice wide chunky tires single chrome exhaust a steel exhaust with a chrome trim very easy to get in check your oil get into your braking system plastic

Covers all around the engine this keeps the water out of the engine not going to get no water Ingress there and a single mono shck to the rear nice high tail tidy as well with your plate there so all your reflector your lights high and your number plate a little bit lower now

People are going to ask me why is this not got a registration plate because I am wearing my trade plate for on the road on my back so don’t question that turning ignition on full LED Dash rev C counter gear indicator time elapse mileage and your fuel tank there and on

Your controls horn indicator hazard lights high beam low beam and a pass light to the back very easy to see these tail ties or your your tail tail should I say on the bike so very easy to see all them lights engine management neutral high beam low beam indicators

And on the right hand side you’ve got your start button and your skill switch now side stand only on this bike let’s kick it up what does it sound like for a 125 it’s got a throaty little Pur to it and these mirrors so let’s go

On about the mirrors I’ve got about a third of my mirror being used up on my shoulder but I’ve got perfect view Lorry behind and you can see it in both mirrors and the mirror setup on this High wide just what you want for seeing

Traffic now I’m 510 32 leg and when I’ve I’ve got my knees up I’m tucked into the tank perfectly so if you’re a taller Rider you are going to be suitable for this but if you’re a shter rider you’re going to have loads and loads of leg

Room on this so let’s get out let’s have a ride and just do a short run now for the purposes of ride testing it is a brand new bike it has literally got 2 miles on it no regge because it’s an unregistered bike it’s brand new so it

Is a maximum speed for me of 45 mph hour but it will go a lot quicker once you have run the bike in and I do love that gear indicator big white surround on it you can’t miss what gear you are in and you can’t miss how fast you’re going either

You have the option of miles or kilometers on this 3:00 in the afternoon and it is very stormy out we’ve waited for a break in the rain I’ve been waiting weeks to get out on this bike and I am looking forward to every second of the ride and as always

We’re going to give it the reach score so yeah it is a 5-speed box on this and we’re going to sit it at 40 mph now with these little tires on believe it or not it handles really well I love the WK C with it tires and this one is

No different so maximum I can go 44 mph but I am literally I’ve only got you can see how much throttle I’m using I have got all of that so I have got lots and lots of braat room as they say the seating position yes it does

Tuck you forward into the tank so the seat is counted forward a little bit and there is room for your p on there that cover on the back does remove but these little tires handle exceptionally well and these a brand new tires so I’m not going to try leaning it

Too far but God I can throw this thing around it it’s so lightweight so if you happen to be a bit worried about using a heavy bike and you don’t want to be using hundreds of kilos we will put all the technical spec up on the screen for you now that I’ve

Got hell of a headwind coming in so it is going to push you back until you’ve run the bike in but you can open it up pick up a little bit of speed get the revs on and get yourself up to a good speed but obviously being a light

Bike you are going to get blown about on this storm at the moment they are gusting at 60 to 70 mph hence why we’re out very very quickly to get this ride done but the controls the handlebars it is very comfortable on the arms for a small bike I’m loving it

Now has he got any down points yet no apart from the seat pushes a little bit forward which is what you like to be tucked into the tank seat covers uh the seat panel is removable you can get your py on there as well my legs nicely

Tucked into the tank I’m nice and comfortable with my big long legs so I’ve got no complaints there and obviously being a 125 you’re going to get a decent I would say 80 to 100 Mil the gallon out of this thing as we said we’re going to put all

The technical spec up on the screen so let’s do my obligatory under the tunnel the gear and a tiny little rev bom for you but even in low gears I can just Chuck it around this roundabout and put a little bit of torque on the engine and

It just sits there great even on the high revs you can get the power on very easily it’s a great little fun bike this WK have come up with it finally I they’ve been screaming for a 125 ctsz bike for ages and they’ve done it with this the Maverick Goose would be

Pleased obviously that headwind that is really you can hear the wind noise it is really really gusting out there no problem puddling around at a decent speed though and the indicator is very easy to see you can look over the top to see them or you can look down and see your

Tell tail on the display and if you get the power on you can get the speed on pretty darn quick it’s a nippy little thing but it has got a br to it it’s it’s got that brat factor it’s not you’re wasping a bean in bike it

Definitely has got a good sound to it but for maneuverability brilliant so all the technical spec you’ve seen it now that’s been up on the screen so I am going to repeat all of that for you I’m going to give it the uh the reach score rideability love it love

It love it full 10 out of 10 economy believe it or not this thing will do shed loads to the gallon so economy I’m going to give it another 10 affordability now this is the thing it is a lot cheaper than most of the 125

Bikes out there so yeah it’s a darn good price so affordability full 10 guys full 10 Comfort can’t fault it the seat is good the suspension is so soft it bounces you around but it’s a really soft suspension on this so Comfort wise great fun and of course you can stiffen the

Suspension up on the Monoshock at the rear that will do the job for you so Comfort another 10 handling yes it’s on 12in tires you’re not on your scooter 10 in so your handling on this is very very good another 10 out of 10 WK you have finally fulfilled RB’s dreams I wanted

125 version of this rages and you’ve done it and believe it or not I am pleased I am very pleased it is an exceptional little bike well done guys so that is the review if you are interested your local dealer will have one but until the next time be well ride
