I love rim brakes and the horizontal top tube aesthetic
However getting decent tyre clearance has been difficult
I want to clear 30-32mm GP5000’s without relying on long reach brakes
I saw Chris Palmer’s bikes from Australian Handmade Bicycle Show and fell in love with the raw / handmade aesthetic
A quick phone call to confirm that he could do a horizontal top tube, I was sold
6 months later and here we are
Maybe some of my part selection seems a bit odd.
Every part selection took hours of sweating over, and happy to discuss for anyone interested on why I went that way
