Ordered some spokes and the cuts look pretty bad with how square the angle of the cut is to the body. The company I ordered the spokes from said that’s just how the spoke cutting machine works, but I feel like they’re yanking my chain a little. Will these spokes be fine for my wheel build?

It will be just fine.
You’ll be fine I guess. If you measure those, is the ordered length to the last full thread?
If they aren’t sharp at the end they will be fine, if they are file them down just as little as possible so it isn’t sharp anymore
Yes
Thanks all for telling me it’s fine, I was just a little paranoid before building up my nice wheels if the spokes were subpar.
All good
Do the nipples thread on easily and every time? Are the threads a continuous even depth?
If so you are fine but I still think the ends should be flat. It would be difficult to flatten the ends without damaging the threads but if you are using a single walled rim (where the rimtape is directly in contact with the heads of the nipples) it is likely that these sharp ends will cause punctures. These are sloppily made spokes, they should work but they are not how spokes should look.
