Looks like the top jockey wheel is making contact with the big cog. Dial the B screw in until it’s like 3mm below the biggest cog.
Keep an eye on your chain though. It looks ok as it is now, but you may need another link.
I did the same swap with the same derailleur. B screw turned clockwise a few turns did the trick. I do feel that 46 is really the max for this derailleur, in case anyone ever makes a larger 9sp.
You need to resize the chain and you had to check the specs on your derailleur to make sure it’s actually compatible with that size of cassette.
I did this with a Shimano 105 and had to use every link. Shimano didn’t say it would all be comtpatible but It works and has been issue free for years. That “oh fuck” gear can be invaluable.
Before installing that rear cassette, did you cofirm whether your rear derailleur supports it?
B screw may help, It might not be able to move much without a longer chain.

You can put the B limit in from the other side to gain a few extra millimeters if necessary.
B screw adjustment and check your chain length. If you are using your 42T chain, your chain is 4 links too short.
