Stored a cross bike in my cellar for 2 months. Went to put some road tyres on and there was white powdery substance on spokes, plus disk rotors (not pictured, cleaned it off).
Any ideas what this is?

Galvanic it appears – contact between dissimilar metals in the presence of a bit of humidity / water / salt.
Galvanic corrosion between steel spokes and aluminum hub. Rotors have aluminum and steel together as well. Must be damp in your cellar.
