I have a saddle-bag that contains my lock + tube & tools. Every tail-light I see out there mounts to either the seat-post or saddle-rails. Both would be blocked by my saddle-bag.
Can anyone recommend a tail-light that I can mount to my rear rack? [I have a cheap light](https://i.imgur.com/cztg9H7.jpg) that I stretch to breaking on my rack & twist the wrong way, but my panniers get in the way when full.

Does your rack have a plate at the back to mount a light?
