

Tries using a size up and a size under from the correct size tried gluing alley key inside for more friction also tried wedging paper inside tried pliers but can’t grip the Allen at all . Any suggestions or are a torch or saw all the only way it’ll come off ?

Get an easy out, it is a drill bit with it gripping into the direction that it bites which is the same anti clockwise direction for undoing the bolt.
thats beyond stripped. that thing is fucked. gonna need to drill it out. the whole thing looks like something chewed on it. lawdy!
Like the other guy said. Easy out. And I’d add some heat to it. I wouldn’t use a torch yet. If you have a soldering iron, use that to get it heated up.
Heat up the post, not the bolt
There’s a really good bolt removal tool, I can’t remember what it’s called but it looks perfect for your situation. Only other thing that would work is welding a new bolt to the head of that one. Or drilling and tapping again but that runs a bigger risk
