Trying to remove the crank arms on this Huffy Cranbrook to install a Bafang Ebike kit on it, but cannot get this nut off. Instead of buying a bunch of tools in hopes one of them works. I thought I would ask here and see if anyone knows which specific tool will do it. I’ve tried adjustable wrench sets and they haven’t budged it.

Crescent wrench should do it?
It is left hand threaded, which may help.
Big ass adjustable wrench. It’s reverse threaded. Also you’ll need a pin spanner to take the next one off.
I don’t think there are any markings on the nut. Sometimes you’ll see little lines on the hex but not always.
There is a keyed washer in between the nut and race, the race is left hand threaded also.
just sugondese
Bafang bb mounted ebike kit will not work on a frame with a one piece BB. It is designed for a modern cartridge BB.
I usually just use my hand to get my nut off.
