Hey guys! Looking for my first real road bike to use for training, my first few races, and potentially a tri. This 2015 Specialized Secteur is listed for $400 and is my size frame. Would this be a good starter bike if I haggled down to $300 range? It has an 8-speed Shimano compact drivetrain.
