Hey I commute on my bike everyday and am finally at the point where I need to just get some foot retention. I want toe clips and straps, any suggestions and do I need to worry about compatibility with these pedals? Thanks!

Not with those pedals, I don’t see any spots for the proper hardware. If you want cages I recommend gr10s and double clips/straps. I personally use origin8 cages but a lot of people like the mash nylon ones. For straps I use All City but I honestly wouldn’t recommend them, I had 2 of the rivets pop off on me for no reason
Looks like those pedals should take most straps OK, but they don’t have mounting points for clips or cages.
I’ve got origin8 straps and they’re all right, YNOT makes some more premium straps if you want to invest, but really there’s no such thing as ‘bad’ straps as long as they aren’t super flimsy and can adjust tight enough. Just find a pair you like the look of that fit your budget and you’ll probably be happy with them.
Depending on where you’re located get some cult pedals and ynot straps instead.

Power grips will probably fit those pedals. I use them and like em. But I’ve never used ynots or any other straps so I can’t compare.
