Hi guys, wanted to ask about buying my first road bike. I rode mountain and hybrid bikes but found enjoying asphalt more than dirt roads.
I want to ride long distances of 100km or so. I do not particularly care about aluminum vs. carbon but I’d like to have a 105 mech, 105 Di or even SRAM groupsets. Preferably 12-sized.
I looked at the following options (quite a few are out as local suppliers do not have them):

I am interested in opinions – this is what I can get locally (plus shipment from Canyon as there is no other way). I did not look at race type bikes as I worry about more aggressive leaning one needs to do but I am happy to consider argument for it as well.

Since you don’t really seem to know very much about bikes, I’d skip on Canyon since you won’t be able to rely on local dealer support in the same way as if you purchase from an authorized Trek or Giant dealer. Re: Trek or Giant, you can’t go wrong either way. Just go look at, ride, and compare prices of both, and buy the one you like better.
