I’ve built an iOS speedometer app to see speed and distance directly in the Lock Screen (if you like keeping your phone locked) in real time; or over any other app: Google Maps, Apple Maps, etc. It uses Live activities so you need iOS 16.2 at least. If it’s ‘always on’ what about battery drain? Can’t I just have it enabled it when I’m riding rather than when I’m asleep?
