If you change it, change the chain with it and be ready to change the cassette or just change the cassette if it has the same mileage.

no it looks fine. the curve/wear isnt on the right side for it to not grip a chain. At first it looks like a mirror image so often on pictures but the writing is the right way around on the box behind

this is a worn chainring
sometime they are manufactured with a slight curve TOWARDS the front edge to improve longevity i think,
