If your jaw is too small for a dental implant a doctor will use a drill to make an opening in the back of your mouth right below your sinus then the sinus membrane is pushed upwards creating more space in the jaw the hole is then filled with a synthetic bone
Like material and once the area has fully healed a large anchor is screwed in and a custommade tooth is secured on top
