Bought 2.25 wheels instead of my usual 2.1’s and I was just wondering if my frame would suffer from this little space that’s left after the tire replacement. Should I get my wheel realigned or is it good to go as is? Excuse my dirty bike btw. Thanks in advance!

You are the judge of that depending what conditions you want to ride it in. Dry conditions? Muddy? If too muddy I’ll say it’s a no go, anything else sure.
With that short of clearance there is a chance of the rim flexing and rubbing onto frame
You’ll probably get a mix of answers, and it’s going to depend on you monitoring it, the conditions the ride in, and your risk tolerance.
If it’s dry you are perfectly fine imo. Gj fitting it so closely. Maximization of clearance.

I mean even if you ride in dry conditions it only takes one relatively small pebble climbing upwards momentarily stuck between those knobs to at least strip the paint from you chainstay and at worst carve into the frame material itself. I, personally, would not ride a bike with clearance that small, but you do you.
That will probably rub, worth trying though. Honestly you’ll probably hear the rubbing when you accelerate from a standstill position and the bike flexes.
What I would do is get a piece of 3M tape and place it on the inside of the chainstay where you think the tire might rub the frame, and check it after a couple of rides. If you see a bunch of rub marks on the tape, you know it’s not gonna work. The tire will eat through the chainstay very quickly
