Resto mod. Going to slowly turn it into a bikepacking rig. What stem + handlebar combos do you guys recommend? Something with decent rise and moderate backsweep, less than the current cruisers (and cheap lol)

Not sure what you got there but I got some dimension bars 55mm rise ( not too much but I have a high stem so it works) and 40 degree sweep, I like them, they cost me $20 new.
