After switching out cogs, chains, and several chainrings I was able to pretty much solve my chain loosening/tightening issue. My local bike shop found this campy track chainring which was the main ingredient. However, I’m now running a 17/52 which is a bit rough so I may switch out the cog. I just don’t want to mess around with it and have the issue return. Also, I installed this NOS Kashimax saddle for extra bling. One day I’ll replace the back wheel with a a suntour or durability-ace and I’ll finally be finished with this project.
