Just finished my first ride on a new pair of ZIPP 303s wheels and noticed that the rear axle seems loose. The ride felt super bumpy, sort of like when you have a flat or a tired not properly seated. Does anyone recognise this issue (thinking it might be the infamous wrong seal issue)?

does the wheel wobble when it’s on the bike? Those parts should all be clamped together by the thru axel which should take out any play

That’s too much play. I’ve never run across a hub with that much play. Pull the manual if sram has one for the hub to see what the specs are.
