St. Patty’s Day Ride on the Big Island

Had an awesome ride yesterday to celebrate the holiday as well the anniversary of a loved one’s passing. Got up to 49.5mph which is always a blast. Enjoyed a stout, spliff and some fire tossing at “The Lawn” before riding back to my spot around 8pm. It was a bit sketchy given the lack of street lights and rural roads w/ minimal shoulders at times but I’m familiar with the route, had plenty of lights and made it back without any close calls, even got a couple supportive honks, or at least that’s how I interpret them lol Definitely have had people try to make me flinch/fall off my bike multiple times over the years and it’s not always easy to differentiate the trolls from others 👀
