I just got my grail cf sl 7 delivered. I was in between S and M, but closer to M. I am 181.5 cm, 85.8 cm inseam. But it feels that the bike is slightly too big. What do you guys thing? Thanks!

You look good on it.
I think your feeling might fool you. If it’s your first gravel bike your posture might feel elongated in comparison to other bikes (especially w/o drop bars).
If anything in the first picture it looks a little small. Seat could be a touch higher IMHO
This bike is not too big for you. Smaller would mean serious compromises on stability and likely too much drop from saddle to stem. Go get a real fit done though, ppl on the internet aren’t going to give you what you need. $100-$150 (if you need cleats done too) is tiny compared to the advantage of feeling great and being stable/comfortable every single mile you ride on your new bike. Gl,hf…also you’re saddle is too low. And I’m out!!!!!!
