Did it get lose and fall off? Or you are just asking about what torque? 12-14Nm is the standard torque.

Lol just get new bolts, keep the old ones in the parts bin.
No on eon reddit will be able to definitely say. You could also run them and run the risk of damaging the parts

Chainring bolts need to be recessed a bit to function, otherwise there’d be play in the chainring. They look okay to me, but if in doubt, chainring bolts are pretty cheap to replace.
