Help choosing a bike

I want to invest in a new bike for my daily commute. I’m trying to decide between a couple different options. I’d like something step-through so that I can put a baby seat on the back down the road, and there are some hills where I live so I need something with 7+ speeds.

Which of these would be the most durable and reliable? I’m hoping for something comfortable but that isn’t super heavy or slow.
