I’m interested in this Bianchi Record. I can’t seem to find matching pictures online though. The color and badges look like it’s been previously restored. Is this frame still a good option?

Looks to be resprayed by the thickness of the paint over the etched in parts. Also the color looks slightly off for the era of the frame. I’m not an expert though and I assume someone with more knowledge will hop in soon.
Tune up and lube. Change parts like brake pads tires and tubes
And ride. That looks like a nice pretty clean lock up and not worried about it bike. That is a good thing to have
