looks like either your chain ring/crank spider and/or cog is not so round and it’s causing fluctuating chain tension ( determined from the slack in the chain changing throughout the rotation of the drivetrain)

Need more details. Chainline? How old is the chain? How old is the cog & chainring? You also have obvious tight/loose spots so that shit is probably binding in them tight zones; a centering of the chainring on the spider would help.

Honestly sounds pretty normal. It’ll quiet down as everything wears in, but my bikes make that exact same noise. And as others have said, Izumi chains are also just louder than others.

I heard that izumi chains tend to be louder then normal chains. Is the chain broken in after the waxing?

You’re missing a chainring bolt and you might check and make sure all the rest are tight

It’s an Irizumi chain, It’s going to be loud for a while. Mine was exactly the same. Can’t remember the time line, but it calms down after a while.

Having the same issue. My bike has been in the shop for over a week and they still can’t figure it out. It’s frustrating. If it’s not the chainring and cog being off-centered or warped it’s most likely the crank. Make sure the chain isn’t stretched as well. I just don’t know what else it could be?

I think there’s a Sheldon Brown write-up regarding re-centering chainrings. Looks like your chain tension is changing, so it’s probably a chainring-chainline issue 🤓
