If you grind your teeth over time you can actually shred them down significantly this is because as the teeth grind together they break down the tooth’s hard outer layer this exposes the softer layers and nerves underneath causing your teeth to experience painful sensitivity and since the tooth no

Longer has its protective layer it increases the risk of cavities tooth decay and severe jaw pain

  1. You know a lot of facts. I have a question for you to answer about fillings for teeth. I have chipped a tooth while I tried to show off and I have a filling on the chipped tooth and for some unknown reason, when I brush the tooth it doesn't get clean anymore and I has an electric toothbrush and held it on their for a few seconds, with no results. Why is my tooth not getting clean anymore

  2. I swear my parents call me out every day “stop grinding your teeth” and this man traumatized me to not but I can’t hold it I just do it when I’m asleep😥😥😥

  3. Used to grind my teeth real bad in my sleep. Once woke up with what im pretty sure was a small chunk of tooth in my mouth. Got a protective thing after that lol
