Totally legally at least for the time being in the UK we have something called public right of way which lets you access very specific routes on land that you might not ordinarily be allowed to access usually it’s limited to walking through Farmland but in this case it’s a

Other side of the field as well you can see if the zoom works just about there’s Kempston Hardwick train station that is right in the center of the land that Universal owns about 2/3 of the way over now and we’ve come to a bridge with a not sure

Listen beware of trains this is a legit place to cross but if you do fancy coming and taking a look at the site for yourself I would maybe recommend not especially if you got the little ones because you do have to cross a railway line and trains do come by on this

Railway line not loads but enough that you definitely need to be aware the station’s just there you can see the road in the distance as well so we’re all clear to cross there is a safe place to do so it still feels naughty though but what this does mean now that we’re safely

Apologies for the wind it is rather windy that’s why it’s a good spot for a turbine but doing a panoramic here just just shows you how absolutely massive this plot of land is and it doesn’t even end here mean it ends here right along that that tree line is the land that

Universal owns but it even goes beyond those streets over there so absolutely massive there is so much land here for them to have fun with and you can just see in the distance Kempston Hardwick station and they own the land on the other side of the road as well so

Not only do they own this massive two 140 Acres parcel of land but they also own a similar sized amount of land on the other side of the road so very very exciting but uh it is a bit Miserable as you can see feels a bit naughty being on this Farmland

Despite being a public foot path so it’s time to head back I think get in the warm get out of the muddy mud and try and find a way to Traverse that bug at the other end of this bloody foot path there is also a public foot path

Around the edge of the northern parcel of land so it’s also worth checking out what’s on offer over there but if you’ve taken a look at the site on Google Earth you’ll see it’s rather wet So based on how tricky it was to get to the southern
