  1. Pedestrians have right of way. You do not and NEVER did have the right of way while cutting/splitting/filtering, or under/overtaking. The light is red, you are expected to stop at the red light in an orderly queue, unless it is safe for you to filter. This means that even before the new right-of-way laws came into effect, the pedestrian still had right of way.

  2. My boyfriend was picking me up after work today and a guy was biking straight towards us. My bf didn't move in case the cyclists decided to shoot out in front of us. I guess the cyclist was expecting us to go first and just swerve around behind us and was so unprepared for us to not move. He almost biked straight into the side of our vehicle…
On the other side, I've almost been hit so many times trying to cross the road properly while i had the right of way 🙃

  3. Now we just need the head cam footage from those pedestrians saying “Hello, where you come from/going” to the cyclist/motorcyclist appearing suddenly on the inside or outside of stationary traffic and laughing as if the cyclist/motorcyclist is an idiot.

  4. “The horn is aggressive” instantly cuts to a second clip of him giving a pedestrian crossing about 5 yards from a green man the horn
