With that small wheel and that large rear cog you could just ride right up a vertical wall right? How much of that cassette is even remotely usable?
First time I’m not going to suggest swapping from an adjustable stem. It’s the right choice for this bike.
Cannondale Hooligan 1×11, 48T to 11-42T, 105 short cage with the weirdo 105 flat bar shifters. 20″ in the back, 700c in the front. Handles like a tugboat and pulls like one.
