The sound doesn’t last long after a descent, but I’m keen to hear if this is something that needs fixing?

Here’s the disc between the pads for more context: [https://streamable.com/kkop1o](https://streamable.com/kkop1o)

  2. I’d be concerned that it will annoy me greatly.
Its not concerning as a “dangerous” thing, but the disk is slightly warped. you can bend it back straight, or replace it.

Things warm up on a descent, minimally changing the gaps. It’s pretty normal, nothing to worry about, but can often be adjusted out.

  4. The rotor expands and contracts when it gets hot because it is metal. If you are dragging your brakes or basically getting them too hot this problem can be exacerbated. You should look at the rotors for discoloration. If they have turned blue then you need to replace them as they have been cooked. If you are consistently roaching your rotors then you either need to upgrade to a bigger rotor that will dissipate heat better, or focus on not overheating then, i.e. feathering and not dragging brake.
