It sounds like it’s binding on your rear wheel try lowering the chain tension a little more.
On a Fixie, there is a tight spot and a loose spot in the revolution, the chain may seem properly tensioned at one spot but it may be too tight in another. Etc.
A general rule is have the chain as loose as you can go WITHOUT it falling off the sprockets. Be careful from here.
One way to check is to spin the back wheel, turn the bike on it’s side and shake the shit out of it. If the chain stays on your good, if it falls off thank someone you love that you were not on a steep ass hill.
To me, your chain looks a little tight.

Thanks all for the help I believe the chain tension and a misaligned tire was the issue. The chain ring and cog are cheap and will need an upgrade in the future.
