I’m trying to work out a colour combo that works without being too matchy matchy. Black bibs I like, I’ve gone silver helmet. Now trying to find a good colour for the torso. And I’m definitely avoiding blue so l don’t look like an RGB colour palette.
Frame colour is moss green/carbon black.

Black bibs, silver helmet, white jersey then cleats to tie everything in. You could also incorporate a pop of orange somewhere in the mix, maybe the cleats? For the glasses I would get orange lenses with white or silver frames.
You could also try orange bibs, white jersey, white shoes with the white/orange glasses.

I might be alone in the opinion that matching kit to bike isn’t worth the effort. As long as the kit/shoes/helmet look good together there’s very little chance the bike colours are going to contribute positively or negatively.
That redshift stem though…. They may be comfortable but nothing can make those stems look good imo
What bike is this? Reminds me of the bianchi gravel bikes
