I am 6′ on the nose. I have a 20.5tt and a 21. I prefer my 21 in most instances, it’s more comfortable to me.
HOWEVER – a 20.5 is perfectly fine if you want a really responsive ride, or are primarily a park or a flatland rider, or like really technical stuff. It’s all what you feel like doing.

6’2″ here. I rode 20.5-20.75 almost exclusively for over 20yrs. I only switched to 21+ after I got hurt and sidelined for over a year in my 40s. When I got back on the bike 20.75 felt too small. It all depends on your flexibility, body size/weight, and if tou can get a frame geo and bar combo that feels right.
Luckily if tou have a local bike shop 20.5 is a pretty common complete size, so you should be able to test ride and see if 20.5 feels too small or if you like the more compact frame over a 21+ TT

I’m the same height. Went 21” to 20.75” because I thought I would be throwing the thing around…not exactly. I felt cramped, I went back to a 21” and now I’m on a 21.25” which I like because it’s very forgiving with barspins but it’s a boat when it comes to spins. This year I’m going to go back to a 21”

It’d work, but it’s in the short side really. Need to be looking at 21″-21.25″ approx

Thats pretty short. I would go at least 21 or 21.5 with a stem that extends pretty far forward. Think about your knees hitting the bar

It really is down to personal preferences. I’m a smidge over 6’ and prefer at least a 21” with a 13.5”+ chain stay but have younger much more skilled friends around the same height that won’t ride anything over a 20.4” with a sub 13” chain stay.

Just because you can doesn’t mean you should.
I’m 5’9″ and ride a 21.25 lmao. Completely depends on your style of riding and what you’re comfortable on imo.

Yeah I’d go with a 21 or longer. Or could also get a really long stem
